They are located in the large white house set back from the road next to the Norfolk Royal Hotel on Richmond Hill (the one with the flag!) Access is through the gate to the right and the black door to the right. They are on the first floor of the grade II listed building so disabled access is unfortunately limited. If you have accessibility concerns then please do ring the buzzer at the door and a member of their team will come down to the door to greet you in their large entrance way where they can discuss your issues in relative private. They do have toilets on site but they are located at the top of the stairs.
