Our destination is buzzing with fantastic events all year round. Let's make sure yours is one of them! We keep our website a go-to resource, constantly updated with the best festivals, fairs, and shows taking place across the resort.
How to Submit Your Event
If you have an event you think we should know about, simply submit it using our event submission form. Terms and Commercial Event Listing Options & Pricing can be found below.
Free Events:
If you run a free event, please submit a listing via the event submission form and we will list it for free subject to review and our criteria.
Events of Significant Value:
If you run a major event that is of significant value to the destination and isn't already listed, please get in touch. We may be able to list it for free.
Once submitted, your event will be stored in our database and reviewed by our team. Please be aware that all submissions are subject to a criteria check. BP Tourism reserves the right to reject any event that does not fit these criteria.
For Non-Partners: Your event must meet our strict criteria to be listed. Please review this document before submitting your form.
Commercial Event Listing Options & Pricing
What do we mean by commercial events? Events that are paid entry, commercial, ticketed, or revenue-generating events, etc.
Non-Partners:
£50 for one event listing, featured across both of our websites (bournemouth.co.uk & pooletourism.com).
Non-partners can pay for their event listing here
Upload up to 10 events per year for an additional £75 (one website) or £125 (both websites of bournemouth.co.uk & pooletourism.com). OR a £350 annual add-on for unlimited commercial event listings.

GOLD Partners (Accommodation, Things To Do & Food & Drink):
As part of your GOLD partnership packages, you receive unlimited annual commercial event listings completely FREE. (This is an additional upgrade to our GOLD partnership benefits) - So submit away!

Important Information
- Turnaround Time: We aim to make approved events live within 5 working days (Monday–Friday).
- Making Changes: You will not be able to update your event once the form has been submitted. Please contact us at yourevent@bptourism.co.uk with any amendments.
- Events on Council Land: If your event is being held on Council land, you must gain permission from the BCP Council Events Team first. Please fill out an application form [here].
