If team sports are your thing, visit the fun-packed Bournemouth 7s Festival in May where you'll find live music and food and drink aplenty. With a reputation as the 'sporting Glastonbury', Bournemouth 7s is a firm favourite among players and fun-seekers alike.

Beach sports are becoming increasingly popular in the UK, and, with so much sand in Bournemouth, we’re leading the charge. We’ve got courts for volleyball and football, as well as bouldering and slacklining next to Boscombe Pier. And there's a 16-station gym trail, so you can sweat it out while soaking up the spectacular sea views.
