Student Life in Bournemouth

Health Sciences University (HSU) is a specialist health sciences university known for the degrees in Chiropractic and Medical Ultrasound. The university now offers a huge range of allied health professions from speech and language therapy, to radiotherapy and more. They even have onsite clinicial services run from their Integrated Rehabilitation Centre and 36-treatment room clinic.

Bournemouth University is a well-respected university for its range of courses from undergrad to masters. The university has hundreds of courses to choose ranging from finance to visual effects courses.

Bournemouth has a vibrant centre with a great night life with bars and clubs. Bournemouth town centre has held a Purple Flag recognising the standard of our night-time economy for the past 11 years. Purple Flag is an accreditation process and is given to towns and city centres that meet or surpass the standards of excellence in managing the evening and night time economy.

Bournemouth has various venues offer student night offering special offers and student-only entry. Bournemouth provides a safe night out with the Safebus which is an open space to go if you feel at risk or need assistance. Bournemouth town pastors are also there to help if you need someone to talk to.
