About Us

At H2O Powerboat Experience we offer a wide range of powerboat services from our base in Christchurch, Dorset.
Situated with Bournemouth and Poole just to our West and the Solent just to our East, we have some of the world's best boating areas on our doorstep.
Whether it's private hire of a boat and skipper to take you and your guests to the Isle of Wight, a trip from Christchurch Quay or around the bay, H2O can offer you a fantastic experience you will never forget.

Our MCA Coded and Local Authority Licenced RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boat) take a maximum of 9 passengers for an amazing trip. We leave the historic Christchurch Quay and head into the harbour.  As we head through the harbour, your skipper will give you a guided tour of all of the interesting aspects of this beautiful area including the horses on Stanpit Marsh, Hengistbury Head and smuggling history of Christchurch.

2 Hour RIB Ride to The Needles

The trip consists of a tour of Christchurch Harbour and ride across Christchurch Bay at up to 30 knots with stops at Hurst Castle, Colwell Bay, Alum Bay and then on to The Needles. There will be an opportunity to take photos of this amazing landmark before heading back to Christchurch.

2 Hour RIB Ride To Poole Harbour / Old Harry Rocks

The trip consists of a tour of Christchurch Harbour before heading out to sea reaching speeds of up to 30 knots (35mph). Heading along the beautiful coastline, passing Hengistbury Head and Bournemouth Pier before entering Poole Harbour along 'Millionaires Row' at Sandbanks to see Brownsea Island followed by an up-close visit to Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coastline (a World Heritage Site) then heading back to Christchurch.

Trips leave from Christchurch Quay BH23 1BY or Willow Way Marina BH23 1JJ. Location will be confirmed on the booking confirmation.

Additional Information

The minimum age for passengers on the RIB ride is 5 years old. The age can be raised if the wind/wave size increases. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  A ratio of one adult per child is required for children under the age of 10.
