An introduction to wine tasting with Martin Hudson Master of Wine

About Us

Martin Hudson, Master of Wine, will take you on a tasting of the different wines, why particular wines match certain food groups and an appreciation of what makes a good quality wine. There is not a requirement of prior knowledge all we ask is for you to come and learn and enjoy the evening. It will start with a glass of fizz and then move onto a tutored tasting of four pairs of wines to highlight key elements in the wine and finishing with a sweet or fortified wine. All profits from this evening will go towards a defibrillator at Shelley Theatre.
