Sauce Supper Club is delighted to announce an exclusive one-night-only dining experience with Michelin-starred chef Tom Shepherd at the iconic Chewton Glen, New Forest, on Thursday 2nd October.
Tom Shepherd is the chef-owner of Upstairs by Tom Shepherd, a modern British restaurant in Lichfield that became the first in Staffordshire to earn a Michelin star - just four months after opening in 2021. Celebrated for his precise, flavour-led cooking, Tom has honed his craft in some of the UK’s most acclaimed kitchens, including Adam’s and Restaurant Sat Bains.
In 2023, Tom took centre stage at the Great British Menu banquet, winning the main course with his acclaimed dish “Desperate Dan’s Cow Pie”. He is now recognised as one of the UK’s leading culinary figures, as well as a familiar face on TV, appearing regularly as a judge and mentor on MasterChef: The Professionals and Great British Menu.
This unique evening promises exceptional cuisine, hospitality, and a one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere at The Kitchen by James Martin, an iconic venue set in the stunning New Forest.

When booking, please note seating time is the time in which the meal will commence, you are more than welcome to arrive earlier for drinks, but the timing of food will remain the same, if you are running late for the 6:30pm sitting, you may be moved to the 8pm.
Please note due to the nature of these events, we cannot refund any cancellations. If we are able to resell your tickets, we will be more than happy to refund or credit you for an event at a later date.
