Get ready for a dazzling summer as free firework displays make their triumphant return to Bournemouth's famous coastline for 2025!

Every Friday night from the end of July, the skies above the sea will burst into a kaleidoscope of colour with spectacular pyrotechnic shows. The much-loved events are a highlight of the summer season for locals and visitors alike.

The stunning displays will take place just to the east of Bournemouth Pier, with the first fireworks set to light up the night at 10 pm on Friday, 25th July. The shows will then continue every Friday evening until the end of August.

Make a full evening of it by enjoying a meal at one of the town's many fantastic restaurants or a drink with a sea view, before heading to the seafront for the spectacular grand finale.

Councillor Andy Martin from BCP Council commented on the return of the popular events, saying, "Our weekly fireworks displays consistently prove to be some of the most popular events of the year across our coastline and this year promises to be no different." He added that the events provide a "vital spark for local businesses" and encouraged everyone to "enjoy what’s on offer and support our fantastic hospitality industry before viewing some spectacular fireworks.”
