The Big Glow Show is a spectacular new evening event coming to Shelley Park, Boscombe, bringing together light, music, performance and entertainment to create a magical experience for the whole community.

Set against the backdrop of Shelley Park, The Big Glow Show will transform the park after dark into a vibrant world of colour, sound and movement. At the heart of the event will be three spectacular laser shows, each carefully choreographed to music and designed to offer a different experience as the evening progresses.

The first show will have a strong family focus, featuring much-loved music and songs that will appeal to children and families. As the evening develops, the atmosphere will build, with a second show bringing a mix of classic, feel-good music before the final performance turns up the energy with R&B and popular favourites.

But The Big Glow Show is much more than a laser display. Throughout the evening, visitors will be entertained by live singers, fire performers, circus artists and hula-hoop performers, creating an atmosphere that is constantly changing and giving audiences plenty to see and experience between the main shows.

There will also be a selection of food and drink, with opportunities to enjoy something to eat, relax with friends and family, and soak up the atmosphere. A small fairground element will add to the sense of occasion and provide additional entertainment for younger visitors.

The event is designed to be welcoming, accessible and affordable, creating an evening that families can enjoy together while also providing plenty for adults to enjoy. It aims to become a distinctive event in the Boscombe calendar and encourage both local residents and visitors to spend an evening enjoying the park and the wider area.
