The Boogie Bumpers
Step back in time and enter the vibrant era of swing and jive with The Boogie Bumpers.
This exhilarating seven-piece jazz & swing band hailing from the South of England is renowned for their infectious energy and authentic recreation of the golden decades of the 1930s, 40s, and 50s. With their captivating dance music, they transport audiences to the lively dance halls and bustling nightclubs of yesteryear.
The Boogie Bumpers' repertoire is an eclectic mix of jump blues and swing, drawing inspiration from the legendary sounds of Louis Prima, Louis Jordan, and Frank Sinatra. Their high-energy performances are characterised by foot-tapping rhythms, soaring horns, and smooth vocals that evoke the spirit of the era.
