Ecstatic Dance at The Neptune Harvester in Boscombe

Ecstatic Dance is an embodied practice of movement and free flowing dance that integrates emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.  We dance barefoot. These are are sober, substance-free events. Participants need only comfortable clothing, water, and openness to authentic movement in a sober, supportive environment. Held every Wednesday evening at The Neptune Harvester's upstairs events room, the 2.5-hour experience combines guided movement with sound healing, concluding with anoptional beach gathering after our dance ‚Äì a unique offering that capitalizes on Boscombe's coastal location.
