The Christmas celebrations in Westbourne don't just stop at the Tree and the lights! On Saturday 6th December 2025, Westbourne Arcade and the surrounding area will host a full day of festive joy, bringing the community together for a magical start to the season.
From the arrival of Father Christmas to real donkeys on the green, this is a joyful celebration where families and visitors can soak up the cheerful atmosphere while exploring Westbourne’s famous boutique shops.
Event Highlights & Schedule:
10:30 am | Santa’s Arrival: Kick off the festivities as Santa arrives outside the Attico shop in the Arcade.
11:30 am – 12:15 pm | Live Music: Enjoy the uplifting harmonies of the Sound of Soul Choir.
1:00 pm – 1:45 pm | Live Music: A second performance by the Sound of Soul Choir to keep the festive spirit high.
Throughout the Day:
- Meet the Donkeys on the Green.
- Enjoy singing and entertainment throughout the village.
- Children’s gifts (donated by Westbourne and Rotary Business Partners).
Support Your Community: This event is raising vital funds for Hope for Food. Visitors are invited to enjoy a mince pie - kindly supplied by Tesco Branksome in exchange for a donation. Come along to grab a seasonal treat, find the perfect gift, and simply enjoy the moment.
