In 2004, a bunch of lads from a small town in Eastern Scotland decided to start a project which would grow into the best pirate metal band in the world.

Alestorm's popularity and critical acclaim has increased greatly with every album release, quickly finding themselves being booked for some of the most prestigious festivals in Europe as well as their own worldwide headline shows.
