As of the end of May 2025, Bournemouth & Poole Tourism is undergoing a transformation; the same mission but with a different set up. Moving away from local authority control, we at Bournemouth & Poole Tourism, will work with partners and businesses across the destination, led by Destination Management Board, to create unforgettable memories for the holidaymakers and day trippers that visit the town.

In 2024, we had over 3 million page views from 1.3 million visitors engaging across both of our tourism websites - bournemouth.co.uk & pooletourism.com. Our websites offer a trustworthy and official tourism resource to showcase and promote your business to a highly engaged audience.
We are currently devising a plan for a new Bournemouth & Poole Tourism Partnership Scheme going forward which will be announced very soon, register your interest here to be part of the 2025 plans to support the Bournemouth & Poole visitor economy.

The Destination Management Board (DMB) brings together all sectors of Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole’s visitor economy towards a shared vision of the destinations as a market leading resort. The aim of the Destination Management Board is to represent the interests of all businesses, groups and individuals that support the local economy and contribute towards the development of the destination as a place to visit, work and live.
