Hotel Collingwood is lovingly run by a local family and stands out from the crowd as one of the few privately owned hotels in Bournemouth. known for having a helpful and loyal team, where nothing is too much trouble. Our passion for hospitality means that we love to indulge our guests. It is always a delight to welcome back our regular guests, alongside many new faces. We offer a relaxed atmosphere and comfortable accommodation, with a warm, efficient and friendly service, adding a sense of fun to any occasion.

Hotel Collingwood is perfectly situated just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and town centre, making it your perfect central base to explore Bournemouth shops, bars, restaurants and surrounding area. As well as being only 350 meters from the Bournemouth International Centre. Our friendly reception team are always available if you require any further information during your stay with us.

Stay with us
We have 53 EnSuite bedrooms, with double, twin, single, superior, family and pet friendly bedrooms available. Our relaxing rooms will leave you feeling refreshed and energised, with free Wi-Fi throughout all bedrooms and public spaces. We have a large free car park for our guests to park.

Our family rooms
The hotel has always welcomed families with open arms and has a good number of family rooms.  Whether you require cots for little ones, or a single bed in reach of yours we have the perfect choice. For those with slightly older children our family suites are perfect for enjoying your break whilst maintaining some privacy.

Dog Friendly room
We welcome dogs at the Collingwood, we are one of the few pet friendly hotels in Bournemouth, stay in one of dog friendly rooms, for £10 a night per dog. In your room you will find, dog bowls and treats as well as plenty of information on the best dog friendly beaches and places to visit in Bournemouth and Dorset. Your dog is welcome to relax with you in our bar, lounge, sun terrace and your bedroom. During meal times, we welcome you to eat in the bar with your dog, alternatively if you would like to eat in the dining room, your dog can wait in your bedroom or car.

Dinner, bed and Breakfast
If you are looking for a short break or longer holiday that offers great value, book one of our dinner, bed and breakfast packages. Our fresh seasonal menu’s change daily including a selection of locally sourced meat and vegetables, along with our delicious home cooked breakfasts which are all included in your stay.

After a day of sightseeing or shopping relax with our fabulous leisure facilities. Unwind in the spa bath and then take a seat in the sauna or steam room. Perhaps have a dip in the heated indoor pool and swim a few lengths or perhaps enjoy a workout in our gymnasium before showering off and relaxing with a good book.

Located within 5 minute drive from Bournemouth railway station, 20 minute drive from Bournemouth Airport and a large free onsite carpark. The Hotel Collingwood is the perfect venue.

The Botanical Suite
Our Botanical Suit is perfect for those conferences, events and exhibitions, the space is filled with natural light and accommodates up to 100 guests, with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The Board Room
Our Board room is perfect for interviews, board meetings, pitches, team building events, idea generation meetings, training and education, accommodates up to 20 guests with Free Wi-Fi.
