A series of animal stories presented in lively, fun interactive storytelling sessions, suitable for children aged 3 - 7 years old.
£24 per child for all 6 sessions.
£4.50 per session, giving an overall saving of £3 if you buy all 6 sessions in advance.
Bulk tickets only available for a limited time, until 10th January 2019.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Week 1: Friday 24th January 2020
The Three Little Pigs
A traditional version of this well loved story, with lots of actions and repeating phrases to join in with.
Week 2: Friday 31st January 2020
The Golden Goose
A classic story about a hero who shows us how being kind, good hearted and generous is more important than being clever or witty, and that greed has unpleasant consequences!
Week 3: Friday 7th February 2020
The Hare and the Tortoise
The classic Aesops fable brought to life! Children always love this race between unequal partners, where the underdog wins in the end.
Week 4: Friday 14th February 2020
Goldilocks and the Three Bears
A great traditional fairy tale that children never get tired of. There's lots of repeating phrases to join in with, so great for promoting concentration and good listening!
Week 5: Friday 21st February 2020 (half term - open to older siblings)
Anansi and the Honey Tree (an African Folk Tale)
Anansi the Spider is up to mischief again in this traditional African trickster-tale. The music session features traditional African music.
Week 6: Friday 28th February 2020
The Dancing Turtle (a traditional Brazilian Folk Tale)
This is the story of a clever and talented turtle that almost ends up as turtle soup! This Story Box introduces the rainforest, its wildlife and the indigenous people who live there. The story incorporates dance as well as music and drama.
