About Us
A chance to experience gentle breath led movement and explore the potential of your breath as a tool for relaxation and reducing tension.
These sessions will take place in the museum garden during spring and into autumn and during inclement weather. During the winter, yoga is moved indoors either in the Main Gallery or in our second floor Activity Room.
Sessions cost £6 and bundles of six sessions can be purchased at a reduced rate.
Sessions begin at 9.30am
Please bring your own cushion and blanket. Mats will be available to use, but feel free to bring your own if you wish. We advise wearing loose clothing that is comfortable to move in. An indoor or online session will be offered in case of rain and inclement weather.
More about the teacher: Julie has lived and worked in the South West for the past 18 years facilitating movement for health through yoga, dance and conscious breathing. Her focus is on breath awareness and the benefits of breath led movement to promote health, well-being and peace of mind. Helping people to find the joy of movement and BE in their bodies is her passion. Qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and fully insured.
