Beach Huts to rent

Situated along Bournemouth’s seven miles of award winning beaches there are over two hundred and fifty beach huts available for weekly, daily and period hire! With beach huts available at Alum Chine, Durley Chine, Bournemouth, Boscombe, Southbourne and Fishermans Walk there really is a beach hut suitable for everyone at Bournemouths award winning seafront.

Beach huts are great for relaxing with friends and family and offer inspirational coastal views. Bournemouth invented the modern beach hut 100 years ago and boasts the oldest beach huts in the country, which still remain hugely popular today. Bournemouth was the first place in the UK to have purpose built beach huts and the first beach hut, built in 1909, is marked with a Blue Plaque near the Bournemouth Seafront Office (to the east of Bournemouth Pier)

Over 250 traditional beach huts are available to hire from as little as £35 per week. They are located across the seafront from Alum Chine to Southbourne. All beach huts come equipped with four chairs, a gas ring and curtains. Access ramps are available from beach offices for wheelchair users.

Restricted vehicle access and no parking between the Piers prior to and during the Bournemouth Air Festival 29^th August – 1^st September. Daily and weekend bookings can only be made four weeks in advance of booking start date.
