The Bournemouth International Centre and Pavillion Theatre show a selection of concerts, comedy performances and theatre productions straight from the West End and if you fancy a pre-show drink then head to one of the many stylish bars in Bournemouth town centre to enjoy an exotic cocktail or indulgent glass of wine.
Aruba is a relaxed bar and restaurant that offers exceptional 180 degree views of Bournemouth's award winning beach and even better cocktails made from the finest ingredients and fresh fruit. And 1812 is an award winning bar and restaurant which boasts funky jazz nights every Friday and Saturday, along with a selection of new century drinks and traditional food.
The Print Room offers a sophisticated Saturday night out with Supper Club - an evening of live music fine drinks and light bites all set in the spectacular Art Deco atmosphere of The Print Room champagne bar and brasserie.
If you fancy an evening in a traditional pub with real ales then the Goat and Tricycle is the place to be with up to 11 guest ales with change every 2-3 days. O'Neills is another traditional Bournemouth pub with a lively and welcoming ambience and live music every night of the week.
The Triangle area of Bournemouth is home to a variety of eateries and bars and also has some great gay venues including nightclubs and cabaret bars.
The beauty of Bournemouth is that everything is within walking distance but if you are exhausted from dancing the night away, there are many licensed taxis in the Town Centre to take you back to your accomodation - any time of the day or through the night.
The Night Bus service, introduced by More Bus is a great and affordable way to get home after a nigth out. Nightbuses in Bournemouth and Poole run on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Look out for buses N1, N2 and N3 where a single fare only costs £3 (after midnight Friday and Saturday nights).
The Safe Bus will also be back in Bournemouth. It will be parked on Horseshoe Common, in Bournemouth Town Centre, from 9pm until 3am every friday and saturday night for this Autumn.
