If you are looking for a total leisure experience, the award-winning Littledown Centre is situated within 47 acres of parkland and boasts some of the finest leisure, swimming, football and gym facilities in the country.
Home to the Bournemouth Swimming Academy and the Littledown Juniors Football Club, we have a programme of over 140 fitness classes a week, a large gym and thriving activity programme for children of all ages.
The centre has a 25m swimming pool, a 17m teaching pool, waterslides, splash pool, luxury spa, steam rooms, sauna, spa baths and sanarium. The ‘dry’ facilities include a large sports hall used for trampolining, badminton, table tennis, football, gymnastics, aerobic studios, a spinning studio and an Ofsted registered crèche. We also have The Terrace Café Bar where you can enjoy hot and cold food and drinks.
Our outdoor attractions include ALTITUDE High Ropes Adventure at Littledown Park with a 50 metre zip wire across a lake, two high ropes courses, a climbing wall and leap of faith drop! There are also six floodlit artificial training pitches, mini grass football pitches, acres of parkland, a cricket pitch and pavilion, lake, paddling pool, children’s playground, leisure orienteering course and free parking for up 3 hours on weekdays, all day on weekends.
The Littledown Centre is situated less than 4 miles from the Bournemouth Tourist Information Centre, close to the junction of Wessex Way A338 and Castle Lane (A3060).

Road Directions
FROM LONDON:
Take the M25; the M3; the M27 and A31 towards RINGWOOD. From Ringwood follow the A338 (Wessex Way) signposted to BOURNEMOUTH.
After 6.8 miles, turn left at the exit A3060 as signposted; then at the Cooper Dean Roundabout take the 1st exit left on to Castle Lane East (signposted Lyndhurst A35).
Proceed 0.5 miles and turn right at the main traffic lights intersection; then take the 3rd exit at the roundabout into the Littledown Centre Car Park.
The Littledown Centre is situated opposite the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
FROM THE NORTH AND WEST:
Head for the A31 / A338 junction (Ashley Heath) just outside RINGWOOD and take the A338 (Wessex Way) to BOURNEMOUTH. Then follow the directions as above.

BOURNEMOUTH is on the main LONDON WATERLOO – WEYMOUTH line (London 1 hour 40 minutes) and has main line links to the Midlands, North and Scotland.
