About Us
Calling home-schooling families and observant individuals (aged 5-10): The Super-Spies are back and they need your help!
Marvelous leader Mirabel Merryweather, newly initiated Claude Pringle, and all the Super-Spies are under lockdown like everyone else. Unfortunately, we’ve had worrying reports that The Vortex - our Rival spy gang - are active and have started luring new spies to the dark side in Poole! The Vortex are out to sabotage goodwill and positivity in the community so we need you to brush up on your Super-Spy skills and help us out on the ground solving some vital clues to stamp out The Vortex.
Further information:
This interactive performance game will take the format of two “performance” sessions with Angel Exit Theatre on a private, secure Zoom chat.
Capacity for the number of households is strictly limited but whole families may take part and children must be accompanied by an adult.
This experience is open to both those who have already met the Super-Spies or totally new recruits.
There will be a series of fun, interactive challenges, and activities available on YouTube to access anytime. Some activities involve partaking in a clue trail around the local town as an option but families can also participate from the safety and comfort of their own homes with other non-online games and activities with a spy training theme.
Dates:
Wednesday 10th June - Midday ( 20-30 mins): Introduction and initial training meeting: we will set you up with a task to complete before we meet again.
Sunday 14th June - Midday (20-30 mins): Final Meeting: we will see how you got on and if the mystery has been solved.
What you will need:
Families must have a decent internet connection and be able to access Zoom. You will get the most from the meeting if you can download Zoom onto your laptop rather than using it on a phone or tablet. (Don’t panic if you lose connection as we have a back up plan!). Capacity in the Zoom sessions is limited but the online activities will be available to all.
What we need:
We will need you to commit to the two 30 minute Zoom meetings, and ideally participate in the challenge set for you during the meeting. You are welcome to engage with as many of the other videos / activities as you are able, and these can also be accessed indefinitely.
This activity is free but we ask you to respect the work by only booking if you are confident you will be able to attend and letting us know immediately if you are unable, as space is strictly limited to 17 families.
