The race starts at 1140 from the pontoons in just east of Poole Bridge and finishes by the Fish Shambles steps just west of Poole Quay Boat Haven.

Teams and vessels should arrive, at the launch point in Ferry Road, by road between 1030-1115 for registration and safety checks.

All participants must wear appropriate clothing and a suitable personal buoyancy aid.

All team members are dressed appropriately for the conditions and are wearing correctly fitting buoyancy aids.
