My workplace has been a particular area where I would love to see people come to know Jesus - it is a very secular environment. I invited some Christians at work to join a prayer group, and there was more interest than expected! We are talking about ways to open it up to encourage those of no faith to join us. Excited for what is to come!

I began counselling with a lovely Christian counsellor last Summer. (I, personally, didn't want to go down the sleeping tablets/anti-depressant route). I gave myself permission to express all my negative stuff; pain, anger, grief, confusion, which I presumably had bottled up. It was like a boil being lanced. I realised that it was ok to express my anger and frustration! I would sit my husband down and discuss! He is very patient! Almost instantly my sleep dramatically improved!

The wonderful breakthrough is the truth that I don't need a romance partner to complete me or increase my value as a person, even if people don't value me, because it is the Lord Jesus Christ who has valued me ever since the day I was born, and I am made complete in him (Colossians 2:10).

[Throughout the preach] God kept opening my eyes to see my toxic family and the toxic self hate/doubt/disbelief like never before, and I saw I'd clung onto that dark identity without even having those physical people around me. I received amazing deliverance: I knew God had physically removed [my toxic family members], but now I know he has spiritually removed me from all those inter-generational spirits and curses. I've been set free and set free indeed!

They prayed for my cough to be stilled and healed. It did. I was able to continue in the meeting and didn't cough once. That night I slept through without coughing once, and woke feeling really well, with an energy that I haven't felt for literally months.
