Let your imagination run wild this Easter holiday with our themed activities based on our exhibition The Lost Words.

Exhibition and House trail – be inspired by the exhibition to write your own poetry, create artwork, find animal artwork in the house and then head to the garden to see if you can spot any of the actual animals that visit or live there.

House trail – as you explore the house look for golden eggs decorated with animals from The Lost Words.

Garden trail – Find different pictures in the garden and work out the missing animals.

Garden Games – enjoy some traditional garden games (weather dependent)

Special The Lost Words Activity Days – 11am – 4pm, Wednesday 13 April and Wednesday 20 April

Activities in the garden inspired by the themes of the exhibition – nature, poetry, magic, creativity. Including object handling, crafts, trails and garden games. Whilst in the house you can enjoy live piano music and poem readings from The Lost Words.
