For groups between 10 and 50 people, please complete the application form below and return it to The Events Department, Bournemouth Tourism along with a copy of your £5 million Public Liability Insurance and a comprehensive Risk Assessment.

There are four different beach locations available for Barbeques, they are shown on the attached map. Please ensure that you specify your prefered location on your application form.

Upon receipt, the Events Team will review your application and will contact you directly to confirm your booking.
