New Christmas lights will be throughout the town centre, namely taking in the pedestrianised area of Commercial Road, from the Vodafone shop to Costa Coffee, near H&M and Zara.

Roger Parker Town Centre Manager says; “It is great that the town has got new lights for the festive season. It wouldn’t have been possible without the dedicated contribution of Commerical Road retailers and creativity of City Illuminations. This year is going to be better than ever! With a superb Christmas Market and entertainment, late night opening, free parking and fantastic festive lighting, there’s no need to go anywhere else for your shopping this holiday season!”

The new lights in the Town Centre will be going up Friday 16th November in anticipation of Sunday’s Light Switch On.
