Telephone us on 0845 051 1700 ( or email: info@bournemouth.gov.uk) and ask for the “Group Accommodation Service ”. We will then ask you the following questions: When do you want to visit? How many are in your group? What type of group are you? What facilities and or special requirements do you need? What’s your planned budget?

Your requirements will be sent that day to a selection of hotels. If they have availability and satisfy your criteria they will contact you directly. Then all you have to do is choose which hotel you would like to stay at –leaving you plenty of time to organise the other arrangements for your group visit to Bournemouth.

Do you need images for your brochures?

We can help you promote your group holiday to Bournemouth through our “Group Loan Scheme” via the following promotional methods: DVD or images e-mailed to you of Bournemouth and the surrounding area. We can also help with suggestions for specialised itineraries and tours.
