Since the last trade newsletter, we are delighted to announce BBC Solent and South Today will both be broadcasting live from the Air Festival and the Daily Echo will be printing and producing the official Air Festival souvenir brochure. Radio Solent will be at the Air Festival every day broadcasting live from their marquee and Sally Taylor will be live Thursday evening for the 6.30pm news. The Daily Echo will be working with Bournemouth Tourism to produce this year’s must-buy souvenir brochure – full of information, fantastic pictures and flight display listings.

We’ve only got 3 months to go - what can you do to be part of the festivities?
There’s so much you can do to get involved, from leaflet distribution and putting up posters to air themed activities for guests to special offers and internet promotion. You can still support Air Displays and book Corporate Hospitality Packages, simply download the PDFs below for more information.

If you’re a local business why not open up your company car parks for the weekend and let staff ‘park and walk’ to the seafront? You can request posters and leaflets (details below) and put them on staffroom boards or include reference in staff newsletters. A number of local have already booked corporate hospitality tickets as staff incentives; nothing’s going to be better than hearing the noise and feeling the force from the best location – a stunning marquee on the beach front!

The official website will be kept up-to-date with fantastic machines taking to the skies and will include (nearer the time) important park and ride info. Why not download the logo and include a click link from your website or attach it to your emails?
