Having listened to feedback from previous guests the Whitehall hotel has successfully organised and hosted packages for ‘Mind, Body and Spirit’ groups and, as a result of the success, have developed the idea to now offer a similar package service to walkers.

Says Sara Uzzell Manager Director of the Whitehall: “Visitors gave us the idea and subsequently the contact details of a Mind, Body & Spirit weekend organiser. We realised this was perfect for our personal, professional and, friendly approach to business and have successfully held three workshops to date.”

The latest Mind, Body and Spirit workshop was based on promoting Bournemouth and gave attendees the chance to discover the resort’s relaxing outdoors. With plenty of ‘me time’ the workshop also included yoga, rekki and regression as well as workshops with renowned psychic artist Patrick Gamble and Life Coach Claudia Chittim who flew in especially from the Napa Valley, California.

“This came to us with natural ease and as a result we have developed packages for walkers. Bournemouth is after all a great place to use as a base and explore the beautiful surrounding area. It is all down to offering an accessible, easy and efficient service that meets today’s busy lifestyle” added Sara.
