Olympic Torch Relay

Bournemouth proudly plays host to the Olympic Torch on Friday 13 July with a spectacular evening celebration on our world famous beach.

The iconic flame reaches Bournemouth on day 56 of its 70-day epic journey around the UK en route to the official opening ceremony of the Olympic and Paralympic games in London.

Come and line the streets, take part in the celebrations and soak up the atmosphere of what is expected to be a very special day.
