Terms & Conditions

1. Your photos should feature the subject of Boscombe Surf Reef in some way.

2. Only one prize can be given per household, no cash alternative.

3. The draw is not open to employees or agents of Bournemouth Tourism or Carve Surfing Magazine.

4. Entries will close on 18^th April 2010. The winner will be notified before 24^th April 2010.

5. Only those whose photo is published on the site will be entered into the draw.

6. The prizes are non-transferable and must be used before 31^st December 2010. The Beach Pod competition prize cannot be taken in July and August 2010.

7. The winner’s name can be requested in writing from Bournemouth Tourism (see address above).7. We'd like to be able to tell people who has won and may ask for you to let us use your name in our publicity materials, but we will only do so with your consent.

8. Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the draw unless they opt out by contacting us at Bournemouth Tourism.

9. Your photo must feature the surf reef in some way. Surfing, body boarding sporting images etc. must be on the reef.

10. By entering your wonderful photos, you give permission to Bournemouth Tourism and Carve Surfing Magazine to publish your pictures on the website, in its publications and use them in the future for promotional purposes.

11. Your photo must be yours to give us and you must own full copyright of the image.
