The award winning Littledown Centre, is the largest public leisure facility in Bournemouth offering the following indoor and outdoor facilities and activities:
· A large swimming pool with dedicated swimming lanes
· A smaller pool for youngsters to splash around and enjoy
· Two brightly coloured water slides and a splash pool
· A luxury spa area with spa pools, sauna, steam rooms and a samarium for total relaxation
· A fully equipped gym for adults from 14 years upwards and a separate gym for 8 – 13 year olds (gym inductions required at both of these facilities prior to use)
· Over 130 weekly fitness classes including aerobics, circuits, yoga, spinning and aqua classes.
· A Cafe and Bar area where you will find fresh & tasty food, speedy service, generous portions & value for money
· 47 acres of landscaped parkland to explore including a lake which is home to wide variety of fish and wildfowl and a leisure orienteering course aimed at young people and families
· An outdoor children’s play area with play equipment, a picnic area and a paddling pool.
· An outdoor one mile running trail with fitness stations
· A miniature railway providing pleasure trips in the park (call beforehand for opening times)
· Free car parking
You can pay as you go to use these facilities or take out a value for money membership (no joining fees).
The Littledown Centre is situated less than 4 miles from the Bournemouth Tourist Information Centre, close to the junction of Wessex Way A338 and Castle Lane (A3060).

Road Directions
FROM LONDON:
Take the M25; the M3; the M27 and A31 towards RINGWOOD. From Ringwood follow the A338 (Wessex Way) signposted to BOURNEMOUTH.
After 6.8 miles, turn left at the exit A3060 as signposted; then at the Cooper Dean Roundabout take the 1st exit left on to Castle Lane East (signposted Lyndhurst A35).
Proceed 0.5 miles and turn right at the main traffic lights intersection; then take the 3rd exit at the roundabout into the Littledown Centre Car Park.
The Littledown Centre is situated opposite the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
FROM THE NORTH AND WEST:
Head for the A31 / A338 junction (Ashley Heath) just outside RINGWOOD and take the A338 (Wessex Way) to BOURNEMOUTH. Then follow the directions as above.

BOURNEMOUTH is on the main LONDON WATERLOO – WEYMOUTH line (London 1 hour 40 minutes) and has main line links to the Midlands, North and Scotland.
