AJP Tours - Bath, Salisbury & Stonehenge (full day tour)

With years of experience in the tourism field, we provide tourists and international students with the opportunity to visit fantastic local destinations such as the Isle of Purbeck, the New Forest and the Jurassic Coast and further afield to Bath, Salisbury and Stonehenge.

All tours are led by an experienced tour guide, with the emphasis on seeing the places you want to see in a small group, at a relaxed pace and in an informed but fun environment.

Maps and detailed printed information will be provided, but please note that entrance fees are not included in any of our tours.

We use quality vehicles, fully equipped with three-point seat belts which are serviced and checked every eight weeks.

THIS IS OUR MOST POPULAR TOUR, SIMPLY BECAUSE IT IS SUCH GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!

We will drive directly to Bath, a World Heritage City and begin our walk in the centre of this unique location. Having crossed the river, we view close up the beautiful Pulteney Bridge, Queen`s Square, the Circus and the Royal Crescent. You can then choose to visit, at your leisure, the Jane Austen Centre, No 1 Royal Crescent, to see inside a real Georgian household, or the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. Then time for some shopping in the covered markets or lanes, or a visit to one of the many museums.

We then drive back, over Salisbury Plain to admire the awe-inspiring stone circles of Stonehenge. Finally, we visit Salisbury and its grand Cathedral, with a quiet walk in the cloisters and a look at the Magna Carta.

Departure will be from Bournemouth Travel Interchange at 8.30am or at Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre (coach drop-off point, Westover Road) at 8.45am on the morning of departure.
Children aged 0-4 years travel free.
