Bournemouth lies in the heart of Dorset on the South Coast with an expanse of heritage and countryside to explore. Rural Dorset includes hidden gems from ancient woodlands, open heathland, historic market towns and quaint villages and hamlets, just waiting to be discovered.

The breathtaking Dorset coastline offers everything from picturesque harbours, long sandy beaches, dramatic cliff top formations, hidden coves and rock pools. At 185 million years old, the Jurassic Coast is England's only natural World Heritage Site made up of Jurassic, Triassic and Cretaceous rocks.
