Friendly family run non smoking 12 bedroom hotel. All rooms are ensuite with coffee/tea making facilities and free view televisions. We have a double and a twin room on the ground floor if needed. There are large family rooms sleeping from 3 to 5 people. One of the family rooms is an ensuite double with an adjoining twin room ideal for older children. We also have single en suite rooms. We serve an excellent full English or continental breakfast in a spacious restaurant. There is a licensed bar in the season and a garden for guest use. Senior citizen and children discounts. We also welcome dogs free of charge. Southbourne beach has the added benefit of a cliff lift for those people who can't walk the cliff zig zags. There is a car park at the front of the hotel as well as on road residential parking if needed.FREE WI FI ACCESS

- In town/city centre - Southbourne is located 2 miles east of Bournemouth between Boscombe and Christchurch. It is a much quieter location than Bournemouth town centre.

Road Directions
Approaching Bournemouth from the Southampton direction via A338, look out for the ' welcome to Bournemouth ' sign then take the next slip road off to the left. At bottom of slip road turn left towards Christchurch and Southbourne. Stay in the middle lane and go straight through traffic lights by hospital and then straight through lights at Tesco. Turn right at Iford roundabout onto Old Christchurch Road. Drive through small shopping centre at Pokesdown, proceed up a slight hill and Southbourne Road is at the top on the left. Drive all along the road, watch out for speed humps, over a mini roundabout, the hotel is on your left opposite a small park area.
Public Transport Directions
By Rail- Pokesdown Station is the nearest to the hotel but it is an unmanned sub station with steps out of it. When you come out of the station cross over the road into Seabourne Road and proceed to the bottom of Southbourne High Street approx 1/2 mile. Just past Murco garage and small park area Southbourne Road is sharp on the left. To call a taxi dial 01202 555511.
Bournemouth Central station is 2 miles away with easy access and a taxi rank outside.
Buses- 1B & 1C run to Southbourne from Bournemouth.
