Bournemouth is acknowledged as having the fifth largest lesbian and gay population in the UK. The magazine ‘Gay Times’ ranked Bournemouth as the tenth best place to live in the UK for gay people based on leisure and lifestyle opportunities.
The Triangle
An area just to the west of the Bournemouth is the focus for entertainment, with a number of gay venues within easy reach of each other. The Triangle has received a make-over recently and has been significantly enhanced, adding to the vibrancy of the district.
