Bournemouth is the perfect place to hold your event and with a dedicated team covering events on the Seafront in the Town Centre and in Bournemouth Parks and Gardens – you need look no further for your location. If you want to organise an event in Bournemouth the first step is to fill in an application form (below) to give the Events Team a better idea of your plans. From the Health and Safety side, all event organisers must to provide a risk assessment and a copy of your public liability insurance document for your activities, although this doesn’t need to be provided at the time of application.
Once the Events Team are in receipt of your application, they will contact you for further details, or to arrange a meeting to discuss you proposals further.

The application process is simple. All we require you to do is fill in an application form and provide us with a risk assessment form and a copy of your public liability insurance document.
It’s easy – fill in the BBQ application form stating your chosen location and numbers and the events team will book it for you. A simple risk assessment and insurance cover will also be needed – please phone the Events Team for more information.
Please note that BBQ’s cannot take place before 6pm.
