1. Tisimage, a new media service, makes high-resolution downloading images available on the Internet at www.Tisimage.com. This service is provided in cooperation with important tourist boards, organizers, institutions, societies, associations and companies (in the following mentioned as Tisimage partners) and offers international print and TV free use of media high-quality images according to the present Terms of Business.

2. Tisimage partners give away global and individual user names and passwords to access the Tisimage image library. After individual registration with www.Tisimage.com, each authorized media partner will receive a password to access the image library of www.Tisimage.com.

The passing on of passwords and the use of global and individual passwords is only permitted within the same editorial circle. Each spread of individual passwords beyond this circle is forbidden.

3. The media authorized to download (newspapers, magazines, TV stations) are allowed to publish images of www.Tisimage.com – without extra payment – in the editorial part, provided that they respect the Terms of Business of tisimage.com.

4. With the download, the media authorized to download are only permitted (right of use) to publish the image or images in the editorial part once. Tisimage Partners declare to have taken all reasonable measures in order to allow the download according to the present Terms of Business. However, due to the internationality of the Internet, Tisimage partners cannot guarantee that the concrete use of the download materials do not encroach on third-party rights.

5. The images from www.Tisimage.com must not be archived electronically or in any other form. The digital images must be deleted from the (editorial) computers or other electronic storage devices after 10 days at the latest.

6. The images of www.Tisimage.com must not be misappropriated, distorted or manipulated with image editing programs. The central image statement must not be altered. The medium authorized to download does not get an editing authorization.

7. Each published image of www.Tisimage.com must be marked by the byline "Copyright by Tisimage partners Byline Tisimage.com", or "Foto Tisimage partners", or "Photo by Tisimage partners" or by the name of the Copyright owner (Copyright advice).

8. It is strictly prohibited to duplicate or sell images of Tisimage.com, to deal with Tisimage images, or to have them spread by photo agencies or to resell or lend them to digital or analog image libraries. The images must not be published in the Internet, unless written approval by Tisimage partners or the Copyright owner (Tisimage partners, photographer) is given.

9. The use of the images of www.Tisimage.com for other purposes (advertising, Internet etc.) is forbidden, unless written approval by Tisimage partners is given. The use of the images for advertising purposes is possible but will be charged. The charge of the image will be agreed on with the copyright owner.

10. The copyright and all other rights on images and texts of Tisimage.com remains in any case with Tisimage partners, the Tisimage partners or the creator of the image.

11. All images are protected globally by copyright and appropriate international agreements. Any improper use of www.Tisimage.com-Bildern results in blocking the access to www.Tisimage.com and brings a civil action as well as criminal prosecution.

12. If you login at www.Tisimage.com with your username and password or you have got other access to the image library of www.Tisimage.com and download one or several high-resolution images, you automatically accept the General Terms of Business of www.Tisimage.com.

13. Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent Innsbruck, Austria court of law. Austrian law will be applied, in particular the Austrian Copyright Law regulations.
